Who We Are
At Pinnacle our mission is to provide living support services to IDD/special-needs adults who wish to live independently within their local communities. Our non-profit was founded by parents of special needs children who understand that support is not a Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm job. Support means being there 24hrs a day, 7days a week, whenever and wherever your child needs help. Without this level of support, family members (parents, siblings) or friends will be the only resource these IDD adults will have… and as parents, we know our children will live longer than we can provide for them.
Pinnacle’s goal is to solve this problem! We have built a platform that leverages the use of mobile technologies to connect our clients (IDD adults) to skilled advisers (we call them Coaches) who follow specific protocols to ensure your adult child has the support they need, when they need it.
Pinnacle was founded by parents and family members of IDD adults.
